Fasting Schedule:Jan-Dec 2026
Purpose: to clear and cleanse your spiritual palate to allow the Spirit of God unrestricted access to empower and lead you through the year of 2026. The fast is held each month for four days during Spiritual Encounter Week. We decree you will receive witty ideas, divine instructions, and renewed conviction. This is the year of expanded territory!
Heightened Fast:
Sun up - 3p — Absolute: water only (no food)

After 3p — No fried foods, no sweets (including drinks), no carbs and, no bread unless it’s wheat.
